This Tuscan Indicazione Geografica Tipica white wine, made from Vermentino grapes, originates from various locations in the provinces of Florence and Siena
The vineyards are situated 100 to 200 meters above sea level, benefiting from clay and tuff soils. Harvested manually in mid-September, the wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel and is refined in the same material. It features a charming straw-yellow color and an aromatic bouquet of white fruit, apricot, almond, grass, wildflowers, sage, broom, and rosemary. On the palate, it is full-bodied, exceptionally fresh, and savory, showcasing a well-balanced complexity
