This sweet wine is made of Malvasia del Chianti and Trebbiano Toscano grapes matured for eight long years in chestnut barrels of 180 litres, called “Caratelli”, located in a dedicated barrel room
A gem of traditional Tuscan oenology, it displays pronounced notes of honey-coated almonds, vanilla, almond amaretto and a twist of orange zest. Only 2,000 bottles a year are made
