A liqueur de tirage is added following the traditional method, the fermentation process continues for 24 months until dégorgement and the liqueur d’expédition is added. Pale straw yellow in colour with delicate bubbles. On the nose, it displays intense mineral and fruity tones as well as scents of wisteria, elderberry, blackberries and citrus. The palate matches the aromas on the nose; it is also fresh and elegant
