The blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (65%), Merlot (30%), and Petit Verdot (5%) creates a Mediterranean symphony of aromas. Fermentation occurs separately in stainless steel with a 30-day maceration period. Aging takes place for 18 months, with 60% in Slavonian oak barrels and 40% in tonneaux. Deep ruby red in colour, it offers Flavors of blueberry, chocolate, spices, and fresh balsamic notes. Full-bodied with medium tannins and acidity
