Petit Verdot
San Cristoforo is the Cru of the estate, made of 100% Petit Verdot biodynamic grapes aged for 10 months in old French barrels
This wine is intensely aromatic, full of character and offers flavours of blueberry, coffee, black plum and violets. It is full bodied with soft tannins. Only 4.500 bottles are produced per year. Bottling happens on a waning moon and with no filtration
