A sparkling Rosé made with Negroamaro grapes softly pressed and fermented following the Charmat method. This wine has a medium rosé colour and fine bubbles, it is red fruit driven with overtones of Rennet apple. Well balanced and with a long finish Rosamaro is considered a benchmark in quality sparkling wine from Apulia
