Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes are semidried for 120 days, then macerated on skins for 7-8 days
Fermentation lasts 4-6 weeks. The wine matures in 30-hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels for 2 years, followed by 6 months in the bottle. It is garnet-red with notes of ripe black cherry and plum. Full-bodied with balanced tannins, alcohol, and acidity
