Complex and seductive on the palate thanks to hints of blackberries and blackcurrants, held together by velvety tannins and a gentle acidity. The heart of the wine is mineral, with a finish that fades into sweet liquorice and a hint of black pepper and spices. Ètymo is a wine that already expresses its potential but will evolve gracefully for the next twenty years
